Manchester City reminded fans once again why they are the holder and title contender with superb breath taking performance away at Burnley.

With their regular fast paced, Free flowing attacking Barcelona style football Guardiola is engineering, City proved to be the better side shrugging off the more physical Burnley side to a 4-1 victory with Gabriel Jesus as out and out marks man.

The Brazillian was brilliant in Sergio Aguero's absense due to an injury he sustained In the previous match and Gabriel Jesus was called upon and he didnt fail to deliever making his coach heap praises and reposed confidence in Jesus.

Jesus was the Saviour and was to the Rescue.

This season, Manchester city seem not to have been at their incredible best as was evident when Norwich played with so much composure and organisation and pulled off a suprise Victory.

Worse was when Wolverhampton Wonderers travelled to the Ethiad Stadium home to Manchester City and stunned the League Holders and the Scare from Newcastle United that saw them snatching a point with the late Jonjo Shelvey's Strike.

Burnley however started the match believing anything was possible and could toe in the line of Norwich or Wolverhampton and at worst a draw like Newcastle being that sometime Mancity let loose their guard.

City reminisced of their edge cutting performance that saw them cling the league in past seasosn by out classing a Burnley side who only depended on their hard work and physicality.

Kevin De Bruyne, City's chief play maker was at it and wont just stop at nothing, floating around the pitch into dangerous positions and firing crosses that were almost impossible to defend and it was just a matter of time before Burnley got the message.

Bernardo Silva reminded fans with his incredible performance for Manchester City reminding his team of the type of threat that made him a key player in their last season domestic treble. That pin point cross to assist for the second goal was world class.

Gabriel Jesus Made the team so alive that they forgot Sergio Aguero was not on the pitch cos the void was filled to the brim with Jesus' s brilliance.

On the dot of 24 minutes, Gabriels Jesus made no mistake with his brilliant opener as he left Burnley Goal keeper Nick Pope gasping for looking for the ball in his own net.

Gabriel was getting his confidence back after scoring his first goal in eight games and that seemed to have taken a little bit of pressure of the Brazillian forward.

Raheem Sterling and Bernerdo Silva forced Nick Pope to make incredible saves but Jesus was too much to contend with early in the second half.

In all, it was a mouth watering thrilling encounter that had Gabriel Jesus register his name on the score board on the 24th and 50th minutes respectively with Rodri scoring on 68th Minute and Riyard Mahrez Scoring the 4th Mancity goal of the Night on 87th minute to completely outclass and dominate Burnley to stamp their dominance as contenders in the league maybe hoping and believing they can still catch up with and possibly upset Liverpool.

Robbie Brady however got a consolation goal for the home side on 89th minute and Guardiola seems to have a task of dealing with his team concieving even when they are at full throttle. .

City has shown they can bounce back strong from a slump in what was a good performance at Burnley.

City Seems to still be sending the warning shot at Liverpool..

It is Never truly over until it is Over
