COZA Pastor Plays the "Leave of Absence" Card.

Senior Pastor of The Common Wealth of Zion Assembly COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo has decided to embark on a leave of Absence.

Recall that the pastor has been right in the centre of allegations upon allegations bothering around Rape case.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was accused most recently by Busola Dakolo, wife to Timi Dakolo of haven raped her at the tender age of 16.

Busola Alleged that the Pastor then in their Ilorin abode had raped her and asked her to be thankful to God that it was a man of God that took her virginity.

In an interview with Y! Naija, she made bare gory tales of how the Flamboyant pastor took carnal knowledge of her.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo via his Instagram Handle had denied ever raping anybody even before he became born again.

The pastor had earlier distanced himself and threatened to sue The Dakolo's.

Latest update however is Pastor Biodun putting in for a Leave of Absence from his church.

He had made known how he consulted with his Spiritual mentors and how they counseled him to take a leave of absence from the leadership postition of the church.

He claimed this were "Turbulent Times" and prayed it was a phase to soon pass away.

In his words...

"The past few days have been very sobering for me. I have taken time to pray and seek spiritual counsel from Christian leaders around the world who feel very concerned about the ongoing reports in the media. I have solicited their guidance and Actions I should take that are honouring to our lord Jesus Christ and the work he has called me to do.

"Drawing from their counsel and that of the leadership of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly and owing to my love for God's word and the sacred honour of my called, I have decided to take a leave of absence from the pulpit of the church,"

He made known it was a hard and sad decision for him to reach but he believed it was the right thing to do based on allegations raised against him.

He also called for prayers for himself and the Church.
