The Judiciary they always say is the last hope of the common man and you are innocent until proven guilty.

Media trials and social media sensationalism has no place in our polity.

Remember the Duo of Coza Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and wife to Nigerian Artist Timi Dakolo, Busola Dakolo had been embroiled in a tussle of moral and sexual decadence.

The public had no idea whom to believe and the matter was tranfered to the Nigerian police where it was charged to the court.

Reports from the courts suggests that Busola is to pay 1 Million Naira in Damages compensation to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo as the court strikes out any case of wrong doing against the Celebrity Coza pastor.

Recall that the Dakolo's had filed a suit against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Common Wealth of Zion Assembly after she claimed that the COZA Pastor raped her 20 years ago at the time she was 16 years old in Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo had since denied the allegation and sort for the Intervention of the Court.

A High Court in Bwari Area Council of The Federal capital Territory Abuja on Thursday threw out the case filed by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

This was following Pastor Bioduns Objection filed as an affidavit at the court reiterating that Busola's statement were false and concocted to embarass, scandalise and ridicule Fatoyinbo.

Fatoyinbo argued that from the inception, she sought the attention of the media and press, and brought the civil action even while the Police investigation was going on.

According to Justice Oathman A. Musa in her judgement, the matter amounted to injustice, and abuse of judicial process as the case was empty and pure sentimental, adding that the case was aimed more at cruelty than obtaining Justice.

The Court in her wisdom also awarded cost of N1,000,000 against Busola Dakolo and held that the fine should have been 10 times more because the courts time was wasted.

This judgement would mean COZA Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been vindicated at last.
