A day to the 2019 General Elections, Bullion Vans believed of course be loaded with money were seen driving into through the Gates to APC National Leaders House, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Since the pictures went viral online, a lot of Nigerians and especially from the members of opposing PDP had cried out for the EFCC to probe why Bullion Vans should drive to private residence of Tinubu.

There was pressure mounted on the EFCC in order not to appear partial and not to be seen as investigating only just perceived Opposition members only.

That the Cahirman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Ibrahim Magu had been on record to have said that, should a petition be submitted against Tinubu, The EFFC would Investigate.

The News gathering steam now and making the rounds is that Deji Adeyanju has finally Submitted a Petition against Tinubu on behalf of Concerned Nigerias and the Ball now seem to be in the court of the EFCC weather or not they will act.

According to Daily Trust, the development has caused panic in the camp of the APC leader with his followers and suppourters wondering if the EFCC would go after Their leader.

On their own part and in a reaction from the APC, the lagos APC Spokesperson Abiodun Salami dismissed the petition, challenging anybody to come up with proof Tinunu had stolen the money.

Adeyanju was reported and quoted to have said briefly after he submitted the petition.

"I have decided to take up your challenge after you called for a petition through your social media account on twitter."
